The OKIFAX^® 5680 I-Fax is a mid-volume fax equipped with Internet fax capabilities. You can use it to send paper documents as TIFF or PDF attachments to a single email address, a group of addresses, or a combination of fax numbers and email addresses, using the industry-standard T.37 Internet protocol.

As long as you have access to email, you can retrieve faxes from virtually anywhere! And, to make sending Internet faxes a snap, the OKIFAX 5680 I-Fax features a special Email Key to speed the entry of email addresses.

The OKIFAX^® 5680 I-Fax includes a superfast 33.6 Kbps modem featuring a 3 second-per-page transmission time¹ that sends your special report or urgent document quickly, saving you time and phone connection charges.

You can save even more money using the Internet fax feature to reduce both long distance and local toll costs. The standard 2.5 MB memory lets you scan and store up to 200 pages¹, which is especially important if you receive faxes after hours, or if the paper or the toner run out. Optional expansion memory —up to 8 MB with battery backup—lets you store up to 840 pages¹ for as long as 20 hours if the power goes out for an extended period of time.
