The new MFX-4550 from Muratec
combines a host of document imaging solutions into a convenient, easy-to-use
device.
Utilizing an intuitive
widescreen touch panel you can quickly program copy jobs, adjust scan
settings, set users preferences and more.
The standard 50-sheet
reversing automatic document feeder allows you to load large two-sided copy,
fax and scan jobs without having to break them into multiple sets, while the
legal-size platen glass enables the copying, faxing or scanning of documents
that are not appropriate for the document feeder (carbon paper,
identifications cards, books, etc.)
Producing single-sided
output at 45 pages-per-minute, and two-sided output at up to 42
images-per-minute, the MFX-4550 gets down to business quickly and efficiently.
The unit features both standard PCL and PostScript 3 printing which enables
high-speed printing from Windows, Linux and Macintosh-based operating systems
and network environments. Standard printing functions include overlay
printing, delayed printing, secure printing and job storage.
The optional staple
finisher, in combination with electronic collating, quickly produces
distribution-ready documents. The MFX-4550 comes standard with (1) 520-sheet
paper cassette that can house letter or legal-sized paper. The unit also
features a 100-sheet multipurpose bypass tray that is the perfect solution for
printing labels, envelopes, letterhead and more. Up to (3) additional paper
cassettes can be added to bring the total paper capacity to 2,180 sheets.
One of the key benefits of
the MFX-4550 is the powerful digital document delivery solutions that are
available at the touch of a button. Users can walk-up and quickly scan color
documents to network folders, e-mail addresses, FTP sites and/or fax
terminals.
With the optional fax kit,
you can add enhanced fax features that include speed dial-up to 200 numbers,
group dial-up to 100 groups, duplex send and receive, fax-to-email, secure
fax, and color fax. Use the Duplex function to print received faxes
double-sided, to help reduce paper consumption and operating expenses. |
